Ok, the tentative menu of the auction night is released!
The chef Jennifer Johnston was very excited about this event and came up with such a great menu with our limited budget! Looks soooo tasty…. she did everything she could to keep all local sustainable ingredients to go with our environmental theme! Besides, there will be lots of drinks including delicious Sakes donated by Hakutsuru, Gekkeikan, and Choya!

Too bad I can’t be here for the auction, I really regret it, but I’m sure that will be a great event. I can’t wait to see pictures from the auction. I wish you guys “bonne chance” and bravo for the fantastic job !
